Not just this Dunkin Donuts but almost all, really have to start making your coffee taste better.
You are in the coffee business and I know gas stations that have better coffee then you.

Went thru the drive through for a bagel. The cream cheese was in the bag with a knife..not sure how I'm supposed to eat that in the car. Plus it was plain cream cheese and I ordered veggie. And no napkins!

This is the WORST Dunkin' Donuts around. I know it's in a gas station but that isn't even a valid excuse. The one in the gas station by Oakdale Mall is totally fine. This location can never make a simple coffee right. The employees are disgusting on every level. Unfortunately it is the ONLY one convenient to the center of town and gets a lot of business out of desperation. I went this morning on my way into work and the woman at the drive thru didn't say a single word to me. No total, no have a good day, nothing. Handed me my order, waited for me to read the total on the screen below the window and that was it. This location needs to hire better quality employees, and maybe the turnover won't be so bad. And maybe those better employees can serve the customers the coffees they actually order. I mean, all Dunkin Donuts suck on some level. It's crappy coffee, but when you live and work in a town with no Starbucks and only Mom & Pop coffee shops on one end of town, your pickins are slim.

Went there just awhile ago. Yep they screwed up the order again
2 coffees made the same. Made 2 different ways. Yesterday they had printed labels made correctly. Today no labels screwed up. I use to tip my tip to them is make the coffee right. We pay enough for it make it they way the customers orders it. -

I've been going to this location for years. There's pretty high turnover in the employees. It's a gas station Dunks, I get it. However, when I want something that's certainly on the rotating sign(the fr on sted cinnamon bun) that I'm told that they don't have any more, and when I order a power breakfast sandwich from the same sign, one would expect them to be made decently, as they're being promoted nationally. Not so. Veggie egg for the sandwich was wrong, and the cinnamon roll had been discontinued, although still on the store's promotional signage. Not good. Go down the street to a full-scale DD instead.
